What is intimacy coaching?

Intimacy coaching provides professional guidance for individuals and partnerships of all gender and sexual orientations, to help improve their emotional, physical, and sexual connections. Dee Gloria Intimacy will help you create the fulfilling relationships and sex life you want— by providing tools and strategies to help improve communication, confidence, and better intimacy, while minimizing anxiety, emotional disconnect, and performance issues.

Whether you are a solo client, a couple, throuple or a polycule, we will work on naming and exploring your desires in a private, healthy, non-judgmental space to achieve your set goals. I currently offer virtual visits through Zoom and Google Meet, and am expanding to include in-person client visits for solo and partnered people. I also offer opportunities for intimacy groups, for those who prefer a group learning dynamic. No subject is off limits, and we do not kink shame! At Dee Gloria Intimacy, we set our own ground rules, prioritizing transparency, candidness, and of course, confidentiality!

WhY DEE Gloria intimacy?

I offer culturally relevant, faith-affirming intimacy coaching that lets you customize your goals for YOUR ideal sex life. My Masters degree in Acupuncture helps me add in an element of natural medical theory, and my Christian-rooted background adds in a layer of spiritual grounding, so that you have a holistic coaching experience. Of course, if you prefer, you can opt out of our faith-based and/or acupuncture-based coaching. We can always customize a plan which meets your needs!

Please note that unlike a therapist, I do not treat sexual trauma— although I can work in conjunction with your current sex therapist/mental health counselor at your request to help address and navigate your lived experiences. I can also help you connect to licensed/certified sex therapists, social workers, and acupuncturists (for those who would like to add a natural medicine component to their coaching.)
