APPOINTMENT

Scheduling

Upon payment of consultation deposit, a Calendly link and invoice for appointment balance will be sent to the email address on file.

To reschedule/cancel your appointment, please email info@dgelysee.com. All appointment cancellations occurring within 24-hours of scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Intake form is required to be filled out before appointment time. Failure to complete intake form may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Invoice for unpaid balances will be emailed to address on file, and is due by your next booked appointment time or risk cancellation of upcoming appointment, and forfeiture of any pending deposits.

Bundled appointment packages do not expire. Value can be applied to workshop fees. No refunds for bundle packages.

REfunds

To initiate a product refund, photographic evidence of issue, along with proof of purchase must be submitted to info@dgelysee.com. Please allow for processing time of up to 10 business days for all requests. Postage will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods in same condition that it was shipped in.
